***** *** **** ******** ***** ***** *** *** ***** she responded late, she suggested for video call *** ****** ** ** ** ** ******** ************ ***** *** ******* **** ***** Then she cut the video call, so unprofessional. I tried to reach again, this time she picks the call and hurried me in telling my problem as if I had only 1 min explain everything. Despite being in so much pain, I managed to speak about my problem. After which she replied 'sorry I was not listening, could you repeat.' this was so irritating. And to summarise she made me feel worse that what I was already feeling. Did not even conclude the exact problem. No importance to time, money and emotions.
